We take a lot of measures to ensure your fruit bowl is hygienic and free of chemicals (including peeling and sourcing). However, we cannot say that the fruit bowls are “organic” as per international standards. We continue to work towards securing a trusted supply of organic fruits and hope we can start delivering them to you soon!
The fruits are peeled to ensure that you are not consuming any harmful chemicals such as chemical pesticides, fertilisers or wax. While the fruit skin has nutritional value, we have designed our bowls to ensure you meet your nutrition essentials through the fruits even without the skin.
Yes! All our bowls are designed by a professional and qualified nutritionist. A lot of time and care has gone into designing menus that help achieve different nutritional objectives.
No, we like to mix things up for you and believe that eating fresh and healthy shouldn’t be boring. You will get variations of the fruit bowls everyday, all designed to achieve the same nutritional objective.
When it comes to fruit selection, our priorities are freshness, quality and taste, in that order. Due to seasonal variations, there could be days when the fruits are not as sweet as the previous day’s.
Then we will offer you an alternative! All the fruit bowls are designed to have replacements to seasonal fruits.
The quantity in the Diabetic-friendly bowls are as per the recommendations of our nutritionist. This is to limit the amount of carbohydrates and sugar you consume through these bowls.
The Skin/Hair Care Bowl and Weight Loss bowl are designed to include fruits with nutrition values that are best suited to help achieve your objectives. However, this is not a magic silver bullet; you will still need to make the necessary lifestyle changes to see a visible difference.
We take extra measures to ensure you get the most hygienic fruit bowl. The Juzi facility has several dust isolation, air purification, water purification and anti-bacterial mechanisms (UV treatment) in place. Additionally, personnel entering the facility are required to wear gloves, foot covers, aprons and head masks. Finally, your fruit bowls are packaged in an air-tight container and carried in refrigerated bags that limits the growth of micro-organisms.

Subscription & delivery

Absolutely! You can do this on our website or app. Once you login to your account, tap on the menu icon and go to Subscriptions. Select the fruit bowl you want to pause and tap on Pause Subscription. Please note that you need to pause the subscription 4 hours before the start of your delivery slot.
Yes, you can easily do this on our website or app. Once you login to your account, tap on the menu icon and go to Subscriptions. Select the fruit bowl you want to change and tap on Edit Subscription, and follow the instructions on the screen. Please note that in case you change your subscription after 6pm, the new fruit bowl will be delivered the day after, not the next day. In case there is a difference in the price of the old and new fruit bowl, you will be required to pay the difference.
Yes, you can do this on our website or app. Once you login into your account, tap on the menu icon and go to Subscriptions. Select the fruit bowl and tap on Cancel Subscription. Please note that if you cancel your subscription after 6pm, you will still be charged for the fruit bowl for the following day. Once you cancel the subscription, all the remaining money in your wallet for that subscription will be refunded and should reflect in your account within 4-7 days.
The refunded amount will be credited to your account within 4-7 days. In case you are facing any difficulty, please feel free to write to us at help@juzifruits.com.
You will not be charged for the bowl. Please write to us at help@juzifruits.com and we will do the needful.
Yes, you can edit your subscription and the change the delivery address of the fruit bowl. Please note that in case you change your address after 6pm, delivery to new address will start only on the day after, not the next day.
Yes, you can add another fruit bowl to the subscription on our website or app. Once you login, select the new fruit bowl on the home screen, add it to your cart and follow the instructions on the screen.
You are charged on a monthly basis for your Juzi subscription. The amount charged depends on the choice of fruit bowl and the number of days a week you want the bowl delivered.
Fruit bowls are freshly made just before each delivery slot. The maximum time between cutting the fruits to delivery will be 4 hours. To retain freshness during these 4 hours, a low temperature is maintained in the facility, storage area as well as our specialised delivery bags.
Currently we have 5 two-hour time slots in a day for you to choose from: 6AM - 8AM, 8AM - 10AM, 10AM - 12PM, 2PM - 4PM, 4PM - 6PM.

Environment

The bowls are packaged using biodegradable bagasse bowls using a heat-sealing machine. The fruits are always peeled, cut & packaged on the same day of delivery.
